Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
Return Policy
All BubuKuku items are infused with our utmost dedication and care. Your satisfaction is very important to us. In the event that you find yourself less than completely content, please note the following guidelines:
- We will accept returns or exchanges on merchandise in its original unused condition, postmarked within 14 days of receiving shipment for refund or credit, less shipping costs.
- We do not accept returns after 14 days.
- To return your product, please send an email to info@bubukuku.com. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please inspect your product and report any damage to the item or mistake with your order within 3 days of receipt to in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please include the order number in your email.
Partial refunds may be granted in specific cases (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification acknowledging the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.Next, get in touch with your bank. There's often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@bubukuku.com and we will message you back with further steps for an exchange.
If the item you ordered arrives defective or damaged and we are at fault, we will cover the cost of return shipping if needed.
